This painting is meant to arouse passion. It depicts a mysterious story about the Kingdom: how creation will be reconciled on the last day. I chose the main color blue because it is a heavenly color expanding our consciousness. Blue is mysterious and beautiful. Here a dragnet, an indiscriminate net, held by the angels, who are dragging it through the sea. It takes everything in its path. This is the net of the kingdom that touches everything in the world, not only souls but all things, animals, vegetables, etc. In the painting, I express that everything is being drawn towards the cross, towards the Christ.

The white "Cross of the Resurrection" illuminates everything in the scene. It is central to the painting because Jesus is central to its meaning. He has absolute authority over the world, which can be felt in the heart of this painting.
